Homecare Services
Wawcare Support Complex Care provides nurse-managed home care to adults, young adults, children, and senior citizens with physical, psychological, neurological and neuromuscular conditions, including (but not limited to) Spinal Injury, Stroke, Dementia, Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Huntington’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Metabolic disorders, Respiratory conditions (including bronchopulmonary dysplasia), Epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy.
We work with clients, their families and healthcare professionals to deliver truly personalised care. This enhances our client’s independence, social involvement, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Every package of care is unique, and our team is experienced in working alongside the Local Authority, NHS and Health Board commissioners, case managers, legal experts, and relevant healthcare professionals to agree on client outcomes and demonstrate progress through regular contact and report.

A home care assessment
Your local Wawcare Support manager will visit you to discuss your requirements face-to-face and learn about the type of care you’re looking for.
Care begins with extra support
We’ll make all the arrangements for the start of your care – whether that’s introducing you to your visiting carers or working with you to find the right live-in carer for you. After that, your care manager offers regular reviews, carer supervisions and extra support as needed.
